ZAC is steadfast in our pursuit of zero harm and in ensuring the safe return of every employee to their families. We develop, implement, and uphold integrated management systems to comply with the Mine Health and Safety Act, prioritising preventive measures to mitigate the risk of injuries and health issues among our people.
We continually assess safety performance through daily toolbox talks, weekly Visible felt leadership sessions, and monthly health and safety committee evaluations, focusing on our employees' well-being. We promote a safe working environment through daily practices and campaigns.
